In her practice, Emily Adams focuses on complex commercial disputes in the areas of healthcare, regulatory compliance, and products liability. Emily has litigated single plaintiff matters and consolidated actions in state and federal courts throughout the country. Having worked as a member of the in-house legal team for a global medical device manufacturer, Emily understands the importance of learning her clients’ business and personnel and is adept at taking stock of competing concerns facing corporate litigants.
In addition to her private practice, Emily provides pro bono legal services through multiple non-profit organizations including Kids in Need of Defense and Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Emily received her law degree from the Emory University School of Law, where she competed in regional and national oral advocacy competitions and received the Kessler-Eidson Trial Advocacy Award.
