Adam Sinton’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, primarily in the healthcare industry. He has significant experience in complicated commercial disputes, including investigating and litigating health care fraud, contract disputes involving payors, providers, facilities, and other healthcare entities, and ERISA benefits litigation.
