Brian’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving fraud, breach of contract, antitrust and intellectual property. He has experience in all phases of trial-level litigation, including writing dispositive motions, overseeing discovery, and examining fact and expert witnesses at trial. Prior to joining SSMK, Brian worked for two global law firms and clerked for U.S. District Judge Daniel D. Domenico.

Brian graduated from the University of Michigan Law School with magna cum laude honors and was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation. Before practicing law, Brian worked as a science writer for a physics- oriented membership society in the Washington, D.C. area.
