Emily Adams is an experienced litigator specializing in complex commercial disputes, with a focus on healthcare, regulatory compliance, and product liability. Emily has successfully litigated both single-plaintiff cases and multi-plaintiff consolidated actions in state and federal courts across the country. Drawing on her experience as a member of the in-house legal team for a global medical device manufacturer, Emily understands the necessary balancing of legal strategies and business realities. Emily is committed to continually learning her clients’ businesses through meaningful collaboration with both the members of her clients’ legal teams and company personnel.

In her practice representing injured plaintiffs, Emily again relies on learning from and seeking to truly understand her clients. Emily is adept at developing creative solutions to further her clients’ goals, including, when necessary, seeking relief through probate court and/or juvenile court proceedings. Emily’s compassionate approach fosters trusting, effective representation.

Outside of her private practice, Emily is committed to pro bono work, providing legal services through non-profit organizations such as Kids in Need of Defense and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Emily earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she was an active participant in regional and national oral advocacy competitions and received the prestigious Kessler-Eidson Trial Advocacy Award.
