Joseph (Joey) Minock advises clients involved in high-exposure civil matters in state and federal courts and arbitrations throughout the country, primarily in the healthcare industry. His practice centers around complex commercial disputes, particularly the
investigation and litigation of fraud and RICO claims, as well as representing clients in government procurement disputes, whether on behalf of a party protesting the award of a contract or on behalf of an intervening party. He also maintains a robust appellate practice, representing both individuals and companies alike before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Joey is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as in the Northern District of Texas. He received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law, where he served as an executive editor on the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
