Nik’s practice focuses on government procurement matters, including protests in front of government agencies and the courts as well as commercial and personal injury litigation. Nik has a high level of experience with bid protests, both as a protestor and an intervenor, and has successfully worked on state procurement matters. Nik also has experience with commercial litigation and personal injury cases. Nik enjoys helping others achieve results and works diligently to support his clients’ needs in all ways, shapes, and forms.
Before coming to SSMK, Nik worked for a national law firm and clerked for United States Bankruptcy Judges W. Homer Drake in the Northern District of Georgia and John T. Laney, III in the Middle District of Georgia. During law school, Nik served as the Editor of Mercer Law Review’s Annual Survey of Georgia Law and was a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Georgia and interned with the Georgia Secretary of State.
