Ben’s litigation and trial experience has been both geographically and substantively diverse. He has handled cases at all stages of litigation—and all over the country—from early motion practice through trial and appeal. In private practice, he focuses on healthcare, contract, and other business disputes. He also has experience in civil racketeering, regulatory, patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret misappropriation, and personal injury cases.

Before coming to SSMK, Ben clerked for U.S. District Judges Daniel D. Domenico and Raymond P. Moore in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, after spending several years in private practice and in city government. Before that, Ben was an active student at Cornell Law School, serving on the executive committees of the International Law Journal and Moot Court Board.
