Nik’s practice focuses on government procurement matters, including protests in front of government agencies and the courts. Nik has experience with bid protests, both as a protestor and an intervenor, and has also successfully worked on state procurement matters. Nik also has experience with commercial litigation matters, including discovery and dispositive motions.

Before coming to SSMK, Nik worked for a national law firm and clerked for United States Bankruptcy Judges W. Homer Drake in the Northern District of Georgia and John T. Laney, III in the Middle District of Georgia. During law school, Nik also served as the Editor of Mercer Law Review’s Annual Survey of Georgia Law and was a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Middle District of Georgia and interned with the Georgia Secretary of State.
